Our Building Blocks training is tailored for individuals who have completed our Kickstart training or are actively working with Child Care Aware of Kentucky or the Family Child Care Network during the initial phases of establishing a childcare center.

Building Blocks covers these essential topics: business plan components, financial projections, market analysis, hiring practices, advertising, budgeting, expense control, financial recordkeeping, family engagement, and connections to CCA and FCC for policies and educational curriculum.

NOTE: This session will be conducted via Zoom in a single session setting, with scheduled breaks for participants. It is an interactive session, and attendees are encouraged to actively participate.
